Check first
- You use the e-mail address your account uses, typed in full, and your password exactly as you set it.
- You read the message. When Complere refuses a sign-in, a Notification box opens with a message, and you close it with Ok. Find the message below: each one has its own answer.
- You know Complere counts wrong passwords in a row. The fourth one warns you, the fifth blocks your account for a while, and the tenth disables it. Signing in with the right password sets the count back to zero.
If something is different
"These credentials do not match our records."
Complere shows this for a wrong password. Select Ok and try again carefully. If you have forgotten your password, do not keep guessing: reset it (see Reset a forgotten password).
"You have entered wrong credentials 4 times. Your account will be temporarily blocked after 5 wrong attempts."
One more wrong password blocks your account for a while. Stop guessing and reset your password first (see Reset a forgotten password).
"Your account is temporarily blocked." or "Your account is temporarily blocked. Please try after 14 minutes from now."
Five wrong passwords in a row block your account. While it is blocked, Complere refuses every sign-in, even with the right password, and the message says how long is left. Wait that long, then sign in with the right password: the block and the count of wrong passwords are cleared.
"You have failed 6 attempts out of 10. Your account will be permanently disabled after 10 failed attempts."
After a block, each further wrong password is counted on, and the message gives the count. At 10 your account is disabled. Do not try again until you are sure of your password: reset it first (see Reset a forgotten password).
"Your account has been disabled. Please contact support for assistance."
Your account is disabled, and Complere refuses every sign-in. Contact your company's Complere administrator: an administrator enables the account again on the Users page in Complere Settings.
"The provided two factor authentication code was invalid."
The six-digit code was wrong. Select Ok and type the code your authenticator app shows now.
You lost the phone or app that gives your two-factor (2FA) codes.
The sign-in page asks only for the six-digit code from your app. Ask your company's Complere administrator, who writes to Complere support (see Ask Complere support for help).
