Before you start
Have these to hand — the same list as What to include on the Submit a request page:
- Your company — the name your Complere account is under.
- The module — for example Documents, CAPA or Training.
- The record ID — the ID of the document, CAPA, event or other record, if there is one.
- A screenshot of what you see.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
Steps
Select Submit a request at the top of any page on this site. On a phone, open the menu (the three bars at the top right) first.
Read What to include on that page.
Start the e-mail.
Your mail app opens
Select Write the e-mail. Your mail app opens a new e-mail to support@complere.tech. The subject reads "Support request: [company] - [module]" and the body lists the details we need.
It does not open
Under If the button does not open your mail app, copy the template, or select Copy the template (the page then reads "Template copied."). Paste it into a new e-mail to support@complere.tech.
In the subject, replace [company] and [module] with your company and the module.
Fill in each line of the body: Company, Your name, Module, Record ID, What I did, What I expected and What happened instead. The Screenshot line reminds you to attach one. Leave the Release line as it is: it names the release on the release page.
Attach your screenshot. Blur anything you do not need to share, such as other people's names and e-mail addresses.
Send the e-mail.
Result
Your request is with Complere support at support@complere.tech, with the details we need to look into it.
If something is different
You cannot see a document, or you have no button to sign it.
Work through I can't see a document or, for signing, I can't sign a document first. If none of their checks explains it, write to us with the document's ID, its current status and a screenshot.

You want the validation pack, the help PDF or the release notes.
Ask for them from the release page; see What the validation pack and the help PDF contain.
